Android APK vs. iOS browser vs. web app

The web app is the most universal option. It works on any phone, tablet, or computer with a browser. No installation, no APK, no storage required. Simply navigate to elexsis.id and log in. The web app is ideal if you switch between devices frequently or prefer a minimal setup. All three paths offer the same Liga 1 betting markets, live-dealer tables, and payment options.

Device requirements and compatibility

Minimum requirements

Android: APK works on Android 7.0 and later. Most phones from the last six years meet this requirement. Your phone needs at least 100 megabytes of free storage and an internet connection. Check your Android version in Settings > About Phone > Android Version. If your version is lower than 7.0, you can still use the elexsis web app in your browser without downloading the APK.

iOS: Safari and Chrome work on iOS 12.0 and later. Almost all iPhones in use support this version. You need an internet connection; no additional storage is consumed. The web app is lightweight and loads quickly on older iPhones. If you have an iPhone 6s or newer, elexsis functions smoothly on both the app and web versions.

Internet: elexsis requires a stable connection for live betting and casino tables. 4G LTE or WiFi is recommended. The app will warn you if your connection drops during a bet. Mobile data plans with at least a few megabytes per hour of use are sufficient for most betting sessions.

Common installation issues and fixes

Android APK: If your phone warns "Unknown source" or "Install unknown apps," go to Settings > Apps > Special App Access > Install Unknown Apps, find your browser, and toggle the permission on. This is a safety feature; elexsis.id is a trusted source and safe to install from. After installation, the app may take 10–20 seconds to launch the first time as it unpacks its resources. Do not force-close the app during this period.

iOS: If you use a screen-time restriction, Safari may not open external URLs. Temporarily disable restrictions or adjust your Safari settings in Screen Time to allow unrestricted access. Bookmark the elexsis mobile site so you can return to it faster next time. If you see a security warning, it is because iOS flags non-App-Store apps; proceed by tapping "Allow" or "Open"—this is normal for web apps.

Connection issues: If the app or website loads slowly, try moving closer to your WiFi router or switching from mobile data to WiFi. Clear your browser cache in Settings > Apps > [Your Browser] > Storage > Clear Cache. Restart your phone and reopen elexsis. If live-dealer tables freeze or disconnect, your connection may be unstable; try the web app instead of the APK, as the web app uses less bandwidth. If the app crashes on startup, uninstall the APK, download the latest version from elexsis.id, and reinstall.

Data, permissions, and account security

The elexsis APK requests permissions to access your internet connection, storage, and camera (for KYC verification). The app does not access your contacts, SMS, microphone, or location. We ask for camera permission only when you upload identity documents during account verification. All photos you take are stored locally on your device until you upload them; we delete your photos from our servers after verification is complete. Your elexsis account credentials are encrypted. Never share your username or password, even with support staff. We will never ask for your password in messages or calls. If you suspect someone has accessed your account, change your password immediately in Account Settings > Security.

The web app requests no permissions and stores only essential session data in your browser. Clearing your browser data will log you out; you can log back in immediately with your credentials. For standard security practices, log out of elexsis before closing the browser on a shared phone. Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings if available. This adds a verification step when you log in from a new device.

Getting started on the elexsis app

Registration and account verification

After you download and open elexsis, tap Register or Sign Up. Enter your email or phone number, choose a password (at least eight characters, mixing letters and numbers), and confirm. You will receive a one-time code via email or SMS to verify your contact. Enter the code to complete registration.

Next, we ask for basic details: your full name, date of birth, and country. This information must match your identity documents. Upload a photo of your ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card). Take a clear, well-lit photo showing both sides or the front and back. The upload takes about two minutes; most verifications complete within one hour.

You must also upload proof of address—a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last three months. Show your name and residential address clearly. After both documents are approved, your elexsis account is fully verified and you can deposit money.

Deposits and payment methods on elexsis

To deposit, tap Wallet or Account in the app menu, then select Deposit. You will see a list of payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking virtual account, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Choose your preferred method. If you use mobile banking, tap the option and you will be taken to the local payment app or login screen. Withdrawals work the same way in reverse. Go to Wallet > Withdraw, enter the amount, choose your payment method, and confirm. The elexsis app homepage shows current football matches and upcoming rounds. You will see Liga 1 fixtures, Piala AFF tournaments, and major international matches like Champions League games. Tap any match to view available markets: match winner, total goals, both teams to score, and handicap options. Select your stake amount, review the odds, and confirm. Bet on home team, away team, or draw. Settlement depends on the final whistle score.

Bet on whether the total goals scored will be over or under a set line.

Push notifications and account alerts

If you use the Android APK, enable push notifications in your phone settings. You will receive alerts for live match updates, settlement results, withdrawal confirmations, and account security events. Notifications appear on your lock screen and in your notification panel. You can customize notification preferences in elexsis Settings > Notifications. To disable notifications, toggle them off in the app or in your phone's notification settings.

Offline access and cache
